We are actively in the Respiratory Viral Season. Almost every school has seen an uptick in cases of RSV, Flu, Covid and NOS viral illness.
The absence of fever or GI symptoms doesn’t necessarily indicate that your child is well enough to have a meaningful and productive day in school. If you suspect your STM student isn't feeling well, please do not bring them in. Respiratory illnesses, STREP and GI bugs have already circulated off and on this fall and can be expected to continue during the winter months (reminder: get everyone an appointment for their flu shot!). Please do your part to keep our STM community healthy!
If your child needs to take an over-the-counter medication occasionally such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, please upload the medication authorization form linked below to Magnus. This can be done by going into Magnus, clicking on Conditional Questions and checking yes to “Does your child take medications during the school day?” This will prompt Magnus to add a Medication Authorization Form section at the bottom of their health tracker. Once you open this section, you will be prompted to upload the medication authorization
form (link provided below) when completed.
