Healthy brains and healthy bodies are vital to learning. If you ask most students who come into the nurse’s office for one reason or another, our advice is often the same, “Drink water, and lots of it!” Being well-hydrated, eating well-balanced meals, and being physically active will help students feel better, think better, and learn better!

Please partner with us to keep our STM community healthy. If your child is exhibiting any signs of illness that seem like more than just the sniffles, please ensure that they are ready to return to school by reaching out to your healthcare provider for advice on any action you should be taking before their return to school. We have been seeing several illnesses pop up over the past couple of weeks, which is to be expected upon returning to school. However, we would appreciate everyone doing their part to keep our students and staff healthy and keep illnesses to a minimum as we start a new year of learning!
Any questions regarding specific illnesses and return-to-school parameters can be directed to the clinic at [email protected].
