Embolden is a nonprofit which aims to provide free career preparation and mentorship opportunities for high school students.
The 2023 Rising Leaders Fellowship Program is a 6-month mentorship and training opportunity for students to develop networking, cold emailing, and other vital career skills. Monthly virtual sessions enable selected students to collaborate and apply their skills, fostering their professional growth.
I did this program last year and had a great experience; I made friends within the program but also worked with and was connected to professionals and mentors in a variety of fields. I would love to see more student’s benefit from this free program to develop confidence and a network to further their future careers.
The application deadline was extended to May 28 and anyone who applies from STM should include that “Hope referred me.” To learn more about the program, please click here.
