Let’s chat about Self-Care

Self-care is the  act a person takes in order to promote their own physical, mental, and emotional health. There are many forms of self-care. For example,  getting adequate sleep every night, taking walks, spending time with family and friends, reading a book, and participating in mindfulness meditation. When you've taken steps to care for your mind and body, you'll be better equipped to live your best life! 

Here are a few more self-care activities:

  • Step outside for fresh air

  • Write in a journal 

  • Create a vision board

  • Practice gratitude 

  • Cleanse your space

  • Cook a delicious meal
