We are so excited to introduce you to Charley, a sweet therapy dog, now visiting STM on a weekly basis. Charley will pop into a couple of classrooms each where students will have the chance to cuddle, read and visit with her!
Studies have shown that therapy dogs have a positive impact on children’s emotional well-being and cognitive development. They offer companionship and can help children learn social skills and empathy.
