Are you looking for a way to fulfill those volunteer hours? Interested in financial literacy and entrepreneurship? Then Junior Achievement is for you!

We are looking for Virtus compliant volunteers to work within the classrooms for grades K-8. Each class requires one volunteer, but you are more than welcome to have two!

What is JA?

Junior Achievement’s lessons involve financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship and are shown to positively impact the lives of young people.

What do I need to do?

There is a 1-hour required training for first-time JA volunteers through JA. Once all rooms have a volunteer, you will be contacted by our JA Representative. After that, you and your child’s homeroom or social studies teacher will work together to identify up to five times where you can come into the classroom and work with the students.

How do I sign up?

Please use this link to sign up for your child’s classroom. Please indicate whether you already have training for Junior Achievement or if you will be taking this training before beginning.
