A Guide to Understanding PowerSchool

Powerschool is the web-based Student Information System portal for teachers and parents to track grades and attendance in addition to storing all family contact information and demographics for administrative purposes. The P icon is located on the top right corner of our website homepage for convenience. 
 
PowerSchool Parent Primary Contact Information:
The primary email addresses and primary telephone numbers are used to generate emergency messages for contacting parents in the event of a school emergency (lockdowns, mid-day snow closures, power outages, etc.). Having this information is especially important during these COVID times so that we can easily contact you if your student’s class has to move to a virtual learning environment.

For grades 4 through 8, PowerSchool is open. Please click on the following link for instructions https://youtu.be/1BU608KLMYM to update your contact information. If you have any difficulties getting logged into your account or have forgotten your password and need it reset, please email Anne McGraw at [email protected].

For pre-K through grade 3, a contact information form will be sent home next week. Please ensure that primary contact emails and primary contact telephone numbers are correct. If the primary contact information is incorrect, please write the corrected phone number or email address in its place, sign your name and return the form to STM office via backpack mail.
