Dear STM Parents,
If your child is attending St. Isidore of Seville for the 2020-2021 school year, please make note of the available times to pick up devices to support your child's virtual learning experience. To coincide with our STM technology plan,
Kindergarten-3rd-grade students will receive an iPad.
4th- and 5th-grade students will receive a Chromebook.
6th- through 8th-grade students will receive a laptop.
The procedure will be as follows:
1. Please enter through Door 1 (The Front Office), where you will be able to pick up your assigned device(s). For the safety of all parents, students, and staff, we ask that all family members wear a mask. Pick-up will take place in the vestibule and one family will enter at a time. Thank you in advance for your patience.
2. Mr. Chris will ask you to inspect the device while he records the serial number and all pertinent details into our inventory to "check-out" the device to you.
3. Once the details have been recorded, you will be presented with the Technology Agreement, promising you will care for the device and return it to STM at the end of the 2020-2021 school year.
You may pick up your devices on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 11am-12:45pm or from 2:30-3:30pm. Please park in the Cathedral lot in order to ensure that you are not caught in Orientation pick up or drop off traffic.
